Where did your business idea come from?
I was made redundant whilst on my 2nd maternity leave because the company I worked for closed down. As a result, I found myself unemployed. After a 1 hour call with a life coach, I realised I was at my happiest when designing and creating websites for companies I worked for in the past. I decided to upskill in WordPress to offer clients an affordable, professional, and flexible web design service. Once complete the small business owner can manage themselves.
What was you biggest AH-Ha moment in business?
I quickly realised that there was a gap in the market. I spotted an opportunity for business owners to avail themselves of an affordable and reliable web designer even when they didn’t have a big budget. I also have numerous Ah-ha moments when working on new projects for clients.
What is your best selling service?
My most in-demand service is by far bespoke website creation for small businesses.

What piece of advice would you give to small business owners about their website?

Know that your most valuable asset is your network. Whether that be friends, social media contacts, clients or family. Word of mouth is everything in business.
